This Privacy Policy explains how Applyn Digital, operated by Ankit Singh (B6 Bhoomi Complex, Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh 212601, India), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit ankitisonline.in, contact me, or purchase services. I collect only what is needed to run the business, and I do not sell personal data.

Checkout: name, email address, and phone number entered on the checkout page, and the package you purchase.
During an engagement: business information and account access you choose to share so the work can be performed.

Information collected automatically

Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, and banking details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on this website's servers. I receive only payment confirmation details (payment ID, order ID, amount, status) and the contact details associated with the order.
Hosting logs: the site is hosted on Vercel, which may log IP addresses and request metadata for security and performance purposes.
Analytics: if analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics) are enabled, they collect aggregated usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to understand how the site is used.

2. How I use your information

To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
To process orders, deliver purchased services, and send service-related emails (receipts, onboarding, reports).
To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
To improve the website and services based on aggregated usage patterns.

I do not send marketing emails without your consent, and I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.

3. Third parties who process data

Personal data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate:

Razorpay — payment processing (see the Razorpay Privacy Policy).
Email delivery provider (Resend) — to deliver contact-form notifications and transactional emails.
Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
Zoho Mail — business email hosting for correspondence sent to hello@ankitisonline.in.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and appropriate security practices. Data may also be disclosed if required by law or a valid government request.

4. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies and similar technologies required for it to function (for example, those set by the hosting platform or by Razorpay during checkout). If analytics are enabled, analytics cookies measure aggregate site usage. 5. Data retention

Contact enquiries: kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, then deleted unless you become a client.
Order and payment records: kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically 8 years).
Client project data: kept for the duration of the engagement and up to 12 months after, to support handovers, then deleted on request or in routine cleanup.

6. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS, payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure, and access to business email and stored records is protected by strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but reasonable and appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may:

Request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected.
Ask for your data to be deleted, where no legal obligation requires keeping it.
Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.
